Job Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Minnesota Class III Gaming License

  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to deliver to feedback to people with varying levels of experience

Job Duties

  • Enforces performance standards, policies and procedures in the Food & Beverage Department to ensure compliance with Company expectations
  • Responsible for scheduling, training and performance management of Food & Beverage employees to ensure staffs compliance with all customer service and operational needs
  • Ensure all day-to-day operations run in the most efficient way possible
  • Reviews and approves all recommendations to hire, transfer, suspend, promote, discharge, evaluate, assign and disciple all Food & Beverage employees in a fair and equitable manner
  • Maximizes cost effectiveness within the Department, by creating and ensuring compliance with established budget, labor and revenue benchmarks
  • Responsible for the intake, review and action of customer complaints in Food and Beverage
  • Monitors and evaluates job performance of Food and Beverage employees and managers, to provide feedback and coaching in order to enhance skills
  • Escalates operational deficiencies to Director of Food & Beverage
  • provides suggestions from leadership team on recommendations for improvement
  • Sets priorities for the Food and Beverage team
  • Special projects and other tasks as needed by Director of Food & Beverage
