Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, parks and recreation administration, culinary arts, or related area preferred
  • Associate's degree in a related discipline required
  • Three years experience in culinary arts, food service, hospitality, or similar industry
  • Minimum one year of supervisory or managerial responsibilities
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
  • Must comply with health and safety regulations
  • Effective communication and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, parks and recreation administration, culinary arts, or related field preferred
  • Associate's degree in a related discipline required
  • Three years of experience in culinary arts, food service, hospitality, or similar industry
  • At least one year of supervisory or managerial experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced, event-driven environment preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multi-site operations effectively

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and oversight for multi-site food and beverage operations
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and training of food service personnel
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships and manage procurement
  • Oversee inventory control and pricing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with management to implement policies and continuous improvements
