Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, parks and recreation administration, culinary arts, or related area preferred
- Associate's degree in a related discipline required
- Three years experience in culinary arts, food service, hospitality, or similar industry
- Minimum one year of supervisory or managerial responsibilities
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
- Must comply with health and safety regulations
- Effective communication and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, parks and recreation administration, culinary arts, or related field preferred
- Associate's degree in a related discipline required
- Three years of experience in culinary arts, food service, hospitality, or similar industry
- At least one year of supervisory or managerial experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, event-driven environment preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multi-site operations effectively
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and oversight for multi-site food and beverage operations
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and training of food service personnel
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships and manage procurement
- Oversee inventory control and pricing strategies
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Collaborate with management to implement policies and continuous improvements
