Job Requirements

  • Minimum of five years experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced food and beverage environment
  • Previous country club and hospitality experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

  • Minimum of five years experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced food and beverage environment
  • Previous country club and hospitality experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing teams
  • Strong financial acumen with experience preparing budgets and managing costs
  • Knowledge of compliance standards including OSHA, EEOC, and health regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead by example and provide mentorship and leadership building with the F&B Management team
  • Maintain a professional image through appearance, dress, and communication with members, guests, and staff
  • Respond promptly to member and guest requests, complaints, or feedback and ensure satisfaction
  • Conduct regular food and beverage meetings providing constructive employee feedback
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on pricing and market trends
  • Participate actively in department manager, F&B manager, and committee meetings
  • Maintain communication between departments and inform others of special programs and events
