Job Requirements
- Minimum of five years experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced food and beverage environment
- Previous country club and hospitality experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Job Qualifications

- Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing teams
- Strong financial acumen with experience preparing budgets and managing costs
- Knowledge of compliance standards including OSHA, EEOC, and health regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Lead by example and provide mentorship and leadership building with the F&B Management team
- Maintain a professional image through appearance, dress, and communication with members, guests, and staff
- Respond promptly to member and guest requests, complaints, or feedback and ensure satisfaction
- Conduct regular food and beverage meetings providing constructive employee feedback
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on pricing and market trends
- Participate actively in department manager, F&B manager, and committee meetings
- Maintain communication between departments and inform others of special programs and events
