Job Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant supervisory experience in food and beverage or club management
- Experience in a private club environment highly preferred
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards and banquet operations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with POS systems and office software
- Understanding of cost control and labor management

- Understanding of cost control inventory and labor management principles
Job Duties
- Manage and direct all front-of-house food and beverage operations including dining service banquets and special events at The Legend at Bergamont
- Recruit train schedule and supervise service staff to ensure high service standards are met or exceeded
- Conduct daily team meetings and provide coaching support and feedback to enhance staff performance and service quality
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Events Manager to ensure timely and coordinated service delivery
- Monitor inventory levels assist with ordering and help manage labor and operational expenses within budget
- Respond to member inquiries feedback and concerns with professionalism and attention to detail
- Oversee setup and breakdown of dining and event spaces to align with club expectations
- Ensure all food service areas comply with health safety and sanitation standards
- Implement and maintain training procedures and service protocols
