Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine the number in their party
- Seat guests by finding a clean, available table
- Pull out chairs and place menus in front of guests
- Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide necessary assistance
- Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings for special needs groups
- Ensure place settings are appropriate with napkins and clean silverware
- Check menus for cleanliness, currency, and availability
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
- Complete required safety training and certifications
- Maintain clean and professional personal appearance
- Protect confidentiality of proprietary information and company assets
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Speak professionally and answer telephones with appropriate etiquette
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers
- Support team goals and respond appropriately to employee concerns
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
