- successful completion of state-required screening process
- residency within the operating state of the community

- ability to interact respectfully with seniors and guests
- basic computer or POS system knowledge

Job Duties
- Deliver top-notch hospitality in a team-oriented setting
- wait tables and take orders
- set and buss tables
- serve food and beverages
- assist with dishwashing and food preparation
- maintain cleanliness and pleasant dining room appearance
- complete shift duties including stocking, POS entries, and dining room arrangement
- know menu items and specials to answer questions confidently
- record mealtime transactions according to policies and procedures
- interact with residents and guests to meet their dining needs
- ensure compliance with sanitation and food handling procedures
- follow all food and beverage protocols and procedures
