Job Duties
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately
- Support banquet operations by setting up dining areas, serving food and drinks, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the event
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and high-quality presentation of dishes
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods
