Job Duties
- Craft and deliver a tailored dining experience for each guest, ensuring their satisfaction from arrival to departure
- Effectively communicate and recommend food and beverage choices, managing all aspects of service within your assigned dining room area
- Take accurate orders and promptly serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Uphold all safety, hygiene, and alcohol service laws and regulations
