Job Duties
- Craft and deliver a tailored dining experience for each guest, ensure their satisfaction from arrival to departure
- effectively communicate and recommend food and beverage choices
- manage all aspects of service within your assigned dining room area
- take and accurately process food and drink orders
- maintain cleanliness and organization of serving areas
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery
- handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
