Job Duties
- Craft and deliver a tailored dining experience for each guest, ensuring their satisfaction from arrival to departure
- Effectively communicate and recommend food and beverage choices, managing all aspects of service within your assigned dining room area
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations
- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service and support during peak hours
