Job Duties
- craft and deliver a tailored dining experience for each guest ensuring their satisfaction from arrival to departure
- effectively communicate and recommend food and beverage choices managing all aspects of service within your assigned dining room area
- take accurate customer orders and input them efficiently into the order management system
- ensure food and beverages are served promptly and correctly according to standards
- manage guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction
- maintain cleanliness and organization of your service area in compliance with health and safety guidelines
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
