Job Duties
- craft and deliver a tailored dining experience for each guest, ensuring their satisfaction from arrival to departure
- effectively communicate and recommend food and beverage choices, managing all aspects of service within your assigned dining room area
- take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
- handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during service
- promote specials and upsell menu items to maximize sales
