Job Duties
- Craft and deliver a tailored dining experience for each guest ensuring their satisfaction from arrival to departure
- Effectively communicate and recommend food and beverage choices managing all aspects of service within your assigned dining room area
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the ordering system
- Serve food and beverages promptly maintaining a high level of customer service
- Address guest questions and concerns politely and effectively ensuring a positive dining experience
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server stations
