Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service
- Current food handler and alcohol server certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of companys food and beverage service training program
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate with team members

Job Duties
- Maintain high standards of service following the companys food and beverage training program
- Provide food and beverage service to members and guests executing orders in a timely manner
- Ensure a complete knowledge of the à la carte menu including daily features and specials
- Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome making them feel at home
- Assist fellow employees and ensure a seamless experience through teamwork and attention to detail
- Handle member and guest complaints with service recovery techniques ensuring issues are resolved promptly
- Complete daily assignments and side work ensuring work areas are organized clean and well-stocked
