Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of high-volume food serving experience
- Open availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages following compliance regulations
- Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Hotel experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Deliver food and beverages to guests ensuring outstanding service
- Develop a thorough understanding of the menu including specials and promotions
- Take and accurately input guest food or beverage orders into the point-of-sale system
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders to guests
- Sustain high levels of guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with all regulations
- Keep serving stations well-stocked at all times
