Job Duties
- Craft and deliver a tailored dining experience for each guest ensuring their satisfaction from arrival to departure
- Effectively communicate and recommend food and beverage choices managing all aspects of service within your assigned dining room area
- Take orders accurately and efficiently and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining friendliness and professionalism
- Monitor guests throughout their visit to address any additional needs or concerns
- Process payments and handle cash or electronic transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
