Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests and present menus offering insightful recommendations on food and beverage selections
- Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders ensuring timely service and presentation standards are met
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Process payments efficiently and accurately maintaining proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean organized and inviting dining area adhering to all sanitation and safety guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and host staff to ensure seamless service flow
