Job Duties
- craft and deliver a tailored dining experience for each guest ensuring their satisfaction from arrival to departure
- effectively communicate and recommend food and beverage choices managing all aspects of service within your assigned dining room area
- take orders accurately and promptly serve food and drinks to guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues professionally
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- adhere to all health and safety regulations
