Job Duties
- Craft and deliver a tailored dining experience for each guest ensuring their satisfaction from arrival to departure
- Effectively communicate and recommend food and beverage choices managing all aspects of service within your assigned dining room area
- Take customer orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and beverages with a focus on quality and presentation
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
