Job Duties
- craft and deliver a tailored dining experience for each guest ensuring their satisfaction from arrival to departure
- effectively communicate and recommend food and beverage choices managing all aspects of service within your assigned dining room area
- take accurate orders and promptly serve food and drinks to guests
- ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned service areas
- maintain knowledge of menu items including ingredients and preparation methods
- handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues courteously
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
