Job Duties
- Craft and deliver a tailored dining experience for each guest, ensuring their satisfaction from arrival to departure
- Effectively communicate and recommend food and beverage choices, managing all aspects of service within your assigned dining room area
- Take and accurately record guest orders, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to guarantee seamless service
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure a positive dining experience
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and company revenue
