Job Duties
- Craft and deliver a tailored dining experience for each guest ensuring their satisfaction from arrival to departure
- Effectively communicate and recommend food and beverage choices managing all aspects of service within your assigned dining room area
- Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section throughout the shift
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Uphold all food safety and hygiene standards
