Job Duties
- Craft and deliver a tailored dining experience for each guest ensuring their satisfaction from arrival to departure
- Effectively communicate and recommend food and beverage choices managing all aspects of service within your assigned dining room area
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and beverages with attention to presentation and guest preferences
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
