Job Duties
- craft and deliver a tailored dining experience for each guest ensuring their satisfaction from arrival to departure
- effectively communicate and recommend food and beverage choices managing all aspects of service within your assigned dining room area
- take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- serve food and beverages while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene
- ensure guest comfort and respond promptly to any inquiries or requests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and dining spaces
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service flow
