Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage role preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Basic math skills for processing payments
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders, ensuring timely service and presentation standards are met
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience
  • Process payments efficiently and accurately, maintaining proper cash handling procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area, adhering to all sanitation and safety guidelines
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and host staff to ensure seamless service flow
