Job Duties
- Craft and deliver a tailored dining experience for each guest ensuring their satisfaction from arrival to departure
- Effectively communicate and recommend food and beverage choices
- Manage all aspects of service within your assigned dining room area
- Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them promptly
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
