Job Duties
- craft and deliver a tailored dining experience for each guest ensuring their satisfaction from arrival to departure
- effectively communicate and recommend food and beverage choices managing all aspects of service within the assigned dining room area

- provide excellent customer service to ensure positive guest interactions
- manage guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
