Job Duties
- Craft and deliver a tailored dining experience for each guest ensuring their satisfaction from arrival to departure
- Effectively communicate and recommend food and beverage choices
- Manage all aspects of service within your assigned dining room area
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your service area
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues to enhance guest satisfaction
