Job Duties
- Craft and deliver a tailored dining experience for each guest ensuring their satisfaction from arrival to departure
- Effectively communicate and recommend food and beverage choices managing all aspects of service within your assigned dining room area
- Take orders accurately and promptly input them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages timely ensuring quality and presentation standards
- Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned dining section
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
