Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using Northstar POS systems
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience through upselling techniques
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area, adhering to food safety protocols
- Handle cash register transactions and manage cash handling processes efficiently
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy service periods
