Job Duties
- craft and deliver a tailored dining experience for each guest ensuring their satisfaction from arrival to departure
- effectively communicate and recommend food and beverage choices managing all aspects of service within your assigned dining room area
- take accurate food and drink orders and serve them promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues to ensure a positive dining experience
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- uphold Buffalo Wild Wings standards for hospitality and guest engagement
