Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old (Texas)
- Must possess basic math skills
- Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handlers and TABC Certificate
- Must be able to walk throughout assigned area and stairs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must withstand direct and indirect sun and heat exposure
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must frequently use arms, hands, and fingers to reach and handle tools and controls

- Must possess basic math skills
- Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handlers and TABC Certificate
Job Duties
- Accept the most effective role as delegated by management
- Make guest service and satisfaction a priority
- Receive drink orders from guests
- Provide orders with urgency
- Verify guests meet minimum age requirements
- Run and balance cash register honestly and efficiently
- Demonstrate knowledge of Beach Park at Isla Blanca
- Serve alcoholic drinks following standard recipes and policies
- Complete accurate opening and closing inventory
- Arrange bottles attractively
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- Collect payment and reconcile change fund
- Recognize and cut off visibly intoxicated guests
- Maintain clean, organized work area and complete end-of-shift cleaning duties
