Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handlers Certificate
- walking to and from assigned area and stairs when necessary
- standing for extended periods of time
- able to withstand direct and indirect exposure to sun and heat for extended periods
- able to lift up to 50lbs
- frequently use arms, hands, and fingers to reach and handle tools and controls

Job Duties
- Accept the most effective role as determined by management
- make guest service and guest satisfaction a priority in every aspect of the job
- sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and cooking utensils
- load and unload dishwasher
- wash pots, pans, and trays by hand
- sort, stack, and store clean dishes in proper areas
- sweep up trash around back of house
- remove trash to dumpster
- mop spills to keep kitchen floors dry
- maintain clean, organized work area
- complete end-of-shift cleaning duties
