Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in food safety or sanitation roles
- certification or ability to obtain Serv Safe Proctor Certification
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to conduct detailed audits and training
- flexibility to work during peak business hours and events
Job Qualifications
- Serv Safe proctor certification
- background in culinary arts or hospitality management
- teaching experience preferred
- solid knowledge of food borne pathogens and food science
- experience with sanitation training programs
Job Duties
- Conduct weekly internal sanitation audits
- coach and develop team members
- manage annual Serv Safe re-certification for seasonal and full-time associates
- support food and beverage locations during peak days and special events
- perform kitchen and catering location sanitation walks and audits
- conduct annual NFP training and monthly refresher courses
- create weekly reports using Six Flags Safety Culture aligned with Diversity standards
- perform other duties as assigned
