Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Serv Safe Proctor Certification
- background in culinary arts or hospitality management
- solid knowledge of food borne pathogens illness and disease
- solid knowledge of food science
- able to provide legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the United States
- able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
- no illegal drug use in the past 90 days except marijuana
- willing to receive text messages related to Six Flags, Inc.
Job Qualifications
- Teaching experience preferred
- Serv Safe Proctor Certification
- background in culinary arts or hospitality management
- solid knowledge of food borne pathogens illness and disease
- solid knowledge of food science
Job Duties
- Conduct weekly internal sanitation audits and bi-yearly health inspections for individual restaurants and carts
- coach and develop team members
- manage annual re-certification for Seasonal and Full-Time Associates
- assist food and beverage locations during peak business days and events
- perform catering location sanitation walks and audits
- conduct annual Non-Food Processing training and monthly refresher courses
- create weekly reports utilizing Six Flags Safety Culture aligned with Diversey standards
- complete tasks assigned by full-time management
- comply with Six Flags Discovery Kingdom policies and procedures
