Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Capable of standing, walking, bending and working with kitchen equipment such as ovens and grills
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- No use of illegal drugs within the last 90 days excluding marijuana

Job Qualifications
- Background in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
- Serv Safe Proctor Certification
- Teaching experience preferred
- Solid knowledge of foodborne pathogens illness and disease
- Knowledge of food science
- Ability to create and present training
- Experience with safety and sanitation programs
Job Duties
- Conduct weekly internal sanitation audits and bi-yearly health inspections for individual restaurants and food carts
- Coach and develop team members
- Manage annual re-certification for seasonal and full-time associates
- Assist Food and Beverage locations during peak business days and events
- Perform sanitation audits at kitchen and catering locations
- Conduct annual NFP training and monthly refresher courses
- Create weekly reports using Six Flags Safety Culture aligned with Diversey standards
- Complete tasks assigned by full-time management
- Comply with Six Flags Discovery Kingdom policies and procedures
