Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- possess Serv Safe Proctor Certification
- have background in culinary arts or hospitality management
- demonstrate solid knowledge of food borne pathogen illnesses and food science
- teaching experience preferred
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
- drug-free in accordance with company policy
- willing to receive work-related text communications
- willing to comply with Six Flags Discovery Kingdom policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Serv Safe Proctor Certification

- teaching experience preferred

- experience in team coaching and development
- ability to create detailed reports
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work under varied weather conditions and with diverse teams
Job Duties
- Perform weekly internal sanitation audits and bi-yearly health inspections for individual restaurants and carts
- coach and develop team members
- manage annual re-certification for seasonal and full-time associates
- assist food and beverage locations during peak business days and events
- conduct kitchen and catering location sanitation walks and audits
- conduct annual NFP training and monthly refresher courses
- create weekly reports using Six Flags Safety Culture aligned with Diversey standards
- perform other duties as assigned
- report to In Park Services Director
- complete tasks assigned by full time management
- comply with Six Flags Discovery Kingdom policies and procedures
