Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, food & beverage, business administration, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in administration or hospitality industry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
- Experience with property management systems, Salesforce, or similar software is a plus
Job Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or hospitality industry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client, vendor, and internal team interaction
- Ability to work under pressure and remain professional in high-stress situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
- Experience with property management systems, Salesforce, or similar software is a plus
Job Duties
- Communicate directly with clients to understand event goals and needs within the outlets
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, providing event proposals, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Manage all event logistics from initial booking through to post-event follow-up, including coordinating meeting room setups, catering, audio-visual needs, and special requests
- Create Restaurant Event Orders for large parties booked in the outlets
- Collect feedback from clients after events and assist with addressing any concerns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote event packages, generate leads, and increase hotel visibility for events within the outlets
- Work closely with other hotel departments, including banquets, conference services, culinary, front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, and facilities
- Manage OpenTable, ResortPass, and Real Time Reservations books, reviews, and inventory to maximize sales in the outlets
- Work with outlet leaders and culinary teams to update, revise, and print menus
- Maintain the Food & Beverage marketing calendar for all events, activations, and promotions
- Assist Culinary team with BEO management, updates, and organization
- Support senior Food & Beverage and Culinary management with administrative tasks and responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
