Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Gaming license or registration as required by jurisdiction(s)
- Ability to obtain a food handler's card
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
- Must be polite and friendly as frequent guest contact will occur
- Must be prompt, timely and strictly adhere to the company time and attendance policy
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Requires constant standing, walking with occasional sitting, reaching outward, reaching above shoulder level, squatting or kneeling, bending and climbing
- Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise, bright lights, smoke, and dust
- Requires visual acuity
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older

- Gaming license or registration as required by jurisdiction(s)
- Ability to obtain a food handler's card
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be a team player
- Polite and friendly demeanor with frequent guest contact

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to quality and detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
- High standard of cleanliness and safety guidelines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with all levels of an organization
Job Duties
- Move between the Sports Bar and Crossings Café with a cart while picking up and delivering orders to the servers and bartenders who have placed them
- Work in coordination with Kitchen Staff in Crossings to ensure timely and accurate filling and completion of orders
- Execute the steps of finalizing a food order
- Package and make ready-to-go orders as needed
- Perform all other duties as assigned
