Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent ged
- no previous supervisory experience required
- no certifications required
- ability to stand, walk, or sit for prolonged periods
- ability to lift, move, or manipulate objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- ability to navigate various surfaces and staircases safely
- adherence to company safety policies
- availability for full time work
- willingness to complete all required training and certification programs

- prior experience in food service environments preferred but not required
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- willingness to comply with all safety and hygiene standards
- ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving standing or walking for extended periods
- motivated to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment
Job Duties
- complete closing tasks such as storing reusable merchandise
- dismantle merchandise and clean equipment and work areas
- secure refrigerators and lock doors
- restock items and complete daily cleaning checklist
- maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the day
- comply with company safety policies and report any maintenance or safety issues
- greet and assist guests following company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
