Job Duties
- Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods and breaking down supplies
- Clean all equipment and areas and return equipment to proper locations
- Lock refrigerators, restock items, turn off lights, and lock doors
- Complete daily cleaning checklist and maintain cleanliness throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures
- Inspect cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silverware prior to use
- Follow all company safety and security policies and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards and maintain professional communication
