Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work full-time including weekends
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting less than 50 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and maneuvering on uneven surfaces
  • Strong communication skills in English or Spanish
  • Commitment to company safety policies
  • Willingness to complete safety training and certifications
  • Professional personal appearance and adherence to uniform standards

  • Experience in food service environments is valued but not mandatory
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and complete required safety training

  • Physical ability to perform duties involving lifting, standing, walking, and bending as described

Job Duties

  • Complete closing tasks such as storing reusable merchandise, dismantling merchandise, cleaning equipment and areas, storing equipment properly, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklists
  • Organize, stock, and maintain work areas
  • Inspect cleanliness and presentation of porcelain, glassware, and silverware before use
  • Maintain work area cleanliness throughout the day using constant cleaning procedures
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries, and complete safety training and certifications
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
  • Maintain the privacy of company information and protect company property
  • Support coworkers by treating them with dignity and respect
  • Assist the team in achieving common goals
  • Meet quality assurance expectations and standards
  • Move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds or equivalent without assistance
  • Stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods or entire work shifts
  • Read and visually verify information in various formats
  • Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of various sizes and weights requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination
  • Reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, dragging, and stooping
  • Navigate inclined, uneven, slippery surfaces and stairs
  • Climb up and down stairs and/or service ramps
  • Greet and recognize all guests according to company standards
  • Communicate using clear and professional language
  • Answer telephone calls with proper etiquette
  • Perform other reasonable work duties as requested by supervisors
