  • Flexibility to work AM and PM shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage supervision or related hospitality role
  • Strong guest service and communication skills
  • Ability to use point of sale systems
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members
  • Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 150 pounds
  • Fluency in English

Job Duties

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager with all restaurant operations including guest service and cleanliness
  • Maintain inventories of equipment, amenities, chemicals, and other supplies and reorder as necessary
  • Coach, counsel, and discipline staff to ensure standards are met
  • Assign additional training to staff when needed
  • Consult with Property Operations regarding maintenance of public areas
  • Perform line employee job functions during high volume periods and emergencies
  • Implement procedures and operating plans as directed by management
