Job Duties
- assist the Restaurant Manager with all phases of restaurant operations including guest service, cleanliness, and maintenance
- maintain inventories of equipment, amenities, chemicals, and other supplies to ensure items are in stock and reorder promptly
- coach, counsel, and discipline staff when appropriate to ensure standards are met and assign additional training when needed
- consult with Property Operations regarding projects or general maintenance of public areas
- perform line employees' job functions as needed under high volume and emergencies
- implement procedures and operating plans as assigned by management
