Job Requirements

  • HSD/GED required
  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business administration strongly preferred
  • minimum 3 to 5 years experience in food and beverage management preferably for a golf club or resort/hotel outlet
  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • valid driver’s license
  • certified food protection manager
  • certified with Arizona Title 4 Management Alcohol Training
  • regular attendance required
  • ability to work additional hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks
  • must be physically able to perform job duties including lifting 25 to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field strongly preferred
  • minimum 3 to 5 years experience in food and beverage management preferably for a golf club or resort/hotel outlet

Job Duties

  • Direct and oversee all food and beverage operations within the restaurant, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • develop and implement operating procedures, policies, and standards for efficient and high-quality service
  • supervise, mentor, and train team members with regular performance evaluations and development opportunities
  • ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards through regular audits and inspections
  • address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
  • oversee food and beverage inventory management including ordering, receiving, and cost control
  • manage weekly staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency
  • participate in cross-training within banquets to provide comprehensive service
  • oversee food and beverage team during large group outings and special events
  • conduct regular audits of staff inventories and paperwork and ensure accuracy in administrative processes
  • serve as Manager on Duty for restaurant operation as needed
