Job Requirements
- HSD/GED required
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business administration strongly preferred
- minimum 3 to 5 years experience in food and beverage management preferably for a golf club or resort/hotel outlet
- must be at least 21 years of age
- valid driver’s license
- certified food protection manager
- certified with Arizona Title 4 Management Alcohol Training
- regular attendance required
- ability to work additional hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks
- must be physically able to perform job duties including lifting 25 to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field strongly preferred

Job Duties
- Direct and oversee all food and beverage operations within the restaurant, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- develop and implement operating procedures, policies, and standards for efficient and high-quality service
- supervise, mentor, and train team members with regular performance evaluations and development opportunities
- ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards through regular audits and inspections
- address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
- oversee food and beverage inventory management including ordering, receiving, and cost control
- manage weekly staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency
- participate in cross-training within banquets to provide comprehensive service
- oversee food and beverage team during large group outings and special events
- conduct regular audits of staff inventories and paperwork and ensure accuracy in administrative processes
- serve as Manager on Duty for restaurant operation as needed
