Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in food and beverage management preferably for a golf club or resort hotel outlet
- Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM)
- Certified with Arizona Title 4 Management Alcohol Training
- Valid driver's license
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to work weekdays and weekends
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks
- Regular attendance
- Ability to lift and move 25 to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
- High school diploma or GED required

Job Duties
- Direct and oversee all food and beverage operations within the restaurant ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Develop and implement operating procedures policies and standards for efficient high-quality service
- Supervise mentor and train team members conducting regular performance evaluations
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards through regular audits and inspections
- Address and resolve guest complaints related to food beverages or service promptly
- Oversee food and beverage inventory management including ordering receiving and controlling supplies
- Manage the weekly staff schedule to ensure adequate coverage and optimal efficiency
- Participate in cross-training within banquets to provide comprehensive service
- Oversee food and beverage team during large group outings and special events
- Conduct regular audits assist with paperwork and ensure accuracy in administrative procedures
- Serve as manager on duty for restaurant operation as needed
