Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in food and beverage management preferably for a golf club or resort hotel outlet
  • Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM)
  • Certified with Arizona Title 4 Management Alcohol Training
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to work weekdays and weekends
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks
  • Regular attendance
  • Ability to lift and move 25 to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in food and beverage management preferably in a golf club or resort hotel outlet

Job Duties

  • Direct and oversee all food and beverage operations within the restaurant ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Develop and implement operating procedures policies and standards for efficient high-quality service
  • Supervise mentor and train team members conducting regular performance evaluations
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards through regular audits and inspections
  • Address and resolve guest complaints related to food beverages or service promptly
  • Oversee food and beverage inventory management including ordering receiving and controlling supplies
  • Manage the weekly staff schedule to ensure adequate coverage and optimal efficiency
  • Participate in cross-training within banquets to provide comprehensive service
  • Oversee food and beverage team during large group outings and special events
  • Conduct regular audits assist with paperwork and ensure accuracy in administrative procedures
  • Serve as manager on duty for restaurant operation as needed
