Job Requirements

  • HSD/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of related food and beverage management experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM)
  • Certification in Arizona Title 4 Management Alcohol Training
  • Ability to use POS and HR/payroll systems
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain high service standards
  • Willingness to work additional hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Regular attendance
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
  • Ability to handle ambient noise and repetitive hand/wrist motion

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field preferred
  • HSD/GED required
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in food and beverage management preferably for golf club or resort hotel
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to address issues promptly and make informed decisions
  • Dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of members and guests
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Commitment to maintaining high quality service standards
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Skilled at active listening, retaining knowledge and acting upon it

  • Ability to use POS system
  • Ability to use employee self-service on human resources/payroll database
  • Valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • Direct and oversee all food and beverage operations within the restaurant
  • Develop and implement operating procedures, policies, and standards
  • Supervise, mentor, and train team members
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance with health regulations
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
  • Oversee food and beverage inventory management including ordering and controlling supplies
  • Manage weekly staff schedule to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency
  • Participate in cross-training within banquets
  • Oversee food and beverage team during large group outings and special events
  • Conduct regular audits of staff inventories and paperwork
  • Serve as manager on duty for restaurant operation as needed
  • Actively participate in meetings and training sessions
  • Draft and format memos, emails, and reports in accordance with guidelines
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned
