Job Requirements
- Minimum two years experience as House/Operations Manager or comparable role
- Proven leadership and strong communication skills
- Extensive venue operations and facility management knowledge
- Experience dealing with police and public officials
- Ability to manage multiple departments with large staff
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to investigate incidents and manage reports
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Capability to stand, bend and stoop for extended periods
- Ability to wear an earpiece for radio communication
- Active Guard card or PSO card preferred

- Demonstrated experience managing multiple departments with large staff including security, ticket takers and ushers
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience using Workday or time keeping systems is a plus
- Active Guard card or PSO card preferred
Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of facility operations and maintenance including front of house operations, preventive maintenance, third party contracting, governmental relationships, staffing, and venue set-up and tear-down
- Ensure all outstanding tasks are handled personally or through delegation
- Recruit, hire, train and supervise part-time staff and supervisors across multiple departments such as security, maintenance, cleaning, and ushers/ticket takers
- Develop and oversee overhead expense budgets for fixed and variable expenses
- Assist General Manager in preparation of annual operations budget
- Maintain and monitor incident reports and manage pending cases including investigations and arbitration hearings
- Ensure optimum operating condition of all facility equipment
- Investigate and resolve guest-related complaints
- Implement and execute all Live Nation policies, procedures and programs maintaining company standards
- Create and implement effective recruiting programs for event staff
- Manage event staff new hire onboarding and training
- Oversee training programs and ongoing development for event staff
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable facility for guests and employees
- Coordinate and manage approved subcontractors and third-party vendors to ensure safe, efficient, successful events
- Manage and approve all payroll for in-house departments
- Perform administrative duties including invoicing, tracking of show expenses and reporting
- Ensure execution of all operating department compliance policies and procedures
- Represent the company and facility in political and community matters alongside venue General Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned
