Job Requirements

  • 3 years’ high-volume food and beverage experience in related field and/or degree from an accredited university in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • experience working with Microsoft Windows and Office which includes word outlook, processing, spreadsheets and database programs
  • must be customer service oriented, accurate, self-motivated, and be able to use time efficiently
  • must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to direct and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • experience working in time critical and fast-paced product development
  • ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and quickly understand complex problems and effectively facilitate a team to decision and action

Job Qualifications

  • 3 years’ high-volume food and beverage experience in related field and/or degree from an accredited university in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • experience working with Microsoft Windows and Office which includes word outlook, processing, spreadsheets and database programs
  • food manager certification (preferred)
  • customer service oriented, accurate, self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills
  • experience working in time critical and fast-paced product development
  • ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and quickly understand complex problems and effectively facilitate a team to decision and action

Job Duties

  • Oversee upkeep and maintenance of equipment at all sites ie. Keurigs, fridges, soda machines, vending machines
  • schedule fixes or maintenance services for equipment with corresponding vendors
  • conduct a walkthrough to all ancillary sites to ensure service standards meet expectations
  • support projects from the definition of the scope, work plan creation, timelines, internal and external resources needed and allocate labor and resources as required
  • maintain operational systems, processes and policies to support better management reporting, information flow and coordination between business units
  • work collaboratively with fast-paced cross-functional teams to solve complex issues, set goals, track deliverables, and report out
  • monitor and analyze current system of production and work out strategy for improving when necessary
