Job Requirements

  • High school degree, GED or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of food and beverage experience
  • Cash handling experience
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the poolside food and beverage outlet
  • Supervise, train, coach, and discipline pool servers, bartenders, and support staff
  • Create and manage staff schedules with appropriate coverage based on business needs
  • Ensure all service standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed
  • Lead by example by working as a bartender and/or server when operationally necessary
  • Handle guest concerns, complaints, and conflict resolution in a professional manner
  • Manage inventory, product ordering, and cost control for poolside operations
