Job Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of food and beverage experience
- Cash handling experience
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the poolside food and beverage outlet
- Supervise, train, coach, and discipline pool servers, bartenders, and support staff
- Create and manage staff schedules with appropriate coverage based on business needs
- Ensure all service standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed
- Lead by example by working as a bartender and/or server when operationally necessary
- Handle guest concerns, complaints, and conflict resolution in a professional manner
- Manage inventory, product ordering, and cost control for poolside operations
